Nouri had said that the court is being held in an unfair way and as long as his problems are not addressed he will not attend the court. The court judge ordered Hamid Nouri's microphone to be turned off, but he continued to speak loudly.
He said that he has been denied access to optometrist and therefore has not been able to read documents of his case. Mr. Nouri also complained that he has been held in solitary confinement for three years and a half.
He also complained that while the initial ruling said that his restrictions are over, his calls are still disconnected.
